Accessibility Statement
Last Updated: June 18, 2025
MaxtDesign is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. I believe that forward-thinking digital experiences should be available to everyone, and I am continually improving the user experience for all by applying relevant accessibility standards.
My Commitment
My goal is to create a website that is inclusive and provides equal access and opportunity to all users. This commitment is rooted in the belief that the web should be a resource for everyone, regardless of ability or the technology they use.
Conformance Status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.
MaxtDesign is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. I am actively working to achieve full conformance.
Measures Taken
To support accessibility, I have taken the following measures:
-
Semantic HTML: Using meaningful HTML elements to ensure content structure is logical and navigable by assistive technologies.
-
Text Alternatives: Providing alternative text for non-text content like images.
-
Keyboard Navigation: Ensuring all interactive elements are accessible using a keyboard.
-
Contrast & Readability: Aiming for sufficient color contrast and legible font choices to make content easy to read.
Ongoing Effort
I view accessibility as an ongoing effort. I am continuously seeking out solutions that will bring all areas of the site up to the same level of overall web accessibility.
