1. Services
MaxtDesign provides WordPress and WooCommerce development services, custom plugin and theme development, AI integrations, and related consulting. All custom work is governed by individual project agreements.
2. Free Plugins
Our free WordPress plugins are distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL v2 or later). They are provided “as is” without warranty. You are free to use, modify, and distribute them in accordance with the GPL.
3. Pro Licenses
Pro plugin licenses grant access to additional features and priority support for the licensed period. Licenses are per-site unless otherwise stated. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the plugin does not function as described.
4. Intellectual Property
Custom development work is owned by the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement. MaxtDesign retains the right to use general techniques, tools, and non-proprietary code developed during the project.
5. Limitation of Liability
MaxtDesign is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or plugins. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product in question.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
