What /onboard does
/onboard is the setup flow. It runs once after install and asks about your marketing: what you sell and to whom, your ICP and personas, your brand voice, the channels you run, your goals, and your budget. It writes all of that to a single profile.md file at your pack root.
Every other skill reads that profile on demand, only when it needs context. So instead of re-stating your ICP, your funnel, or your budget on every task, you tell the pack once and it remembers. Some skills change behavior based on it: a paid-ads plan respects your budget tier, and copy skills match the brand voice you captured.
Running it
/onboard in a fresh session. A guided, 10 to 20 minute Q&A.onboard adapter, then save the result as profile.md.Good to know
/onboard writes the profile. Other skills read it; they never overwrite it. Update it by running /onboard again.
