Collaboration

The defining feature

Most skill collections are 31 disconnected files. This one is a system: skills can convene panels of other skills to review high-stakes work before you ship it. The rule is solo by default, panel by stakes. Routine work stays solo (no extra cost). The skill itself decides when the stakes warrant pulling in reviewers.

Triggers are observable, not vibes

A skill convenes a panel based on conditions it can detect:

  • Migration: a domain change or URL restructure. The migration skill convenes a technical audit and indexation debug to argue out the redirect map before a single URL moves.
  • Full-site audit: a whole-site scope. Five specialists (technical, on-page, content, authority, AEO) feed one synthesized, client-ready deliverable.
  • YMYL niche: a your-money-your-life topic raises the E-E-A-T bar, so the content skills pull in an eeat-signals review.
  • If none fire, the skill works alone.

    How a panel runs

The skill you invoked is the chair. It pulls in related reviewers, each returns Approve, Block (must fix), or Concern (advisory), and the chair revises until they converge or invokes a documented escape hatch. You still make the final call. The full mechanics ship in collaboration-protocol.md at the pack root.
